Competitive Soccer

Program: Competitive Soccer is the highest level of member organization competition. The program is designed to enhance player development and increase soccer knowledge through high level training and competition. The Competitive program prepares players to compete at regional and national levels of competition.

Competitive teams must meet the following requirements:

  • Competitive teams may range in age/gender divisions from 9U – 19U
  • Only MSA approved Competitive teams may compete in the USYS National League conferences (NLC).
  •  To qualify for MSA State Cup, teams must compete in an approved National League Conference. The only exception is the 19U age/gender division as this division is not required to prequalify for State Cup.
