MSA provides secondary medical insurance for all properly registered players, coaches, managers, and administrators through American Sports Insurance Services (AMSIS).
Once a claim is initiated via the link above, the parent/guardian will receive an email from InjureFree with next steps (consisting of completing the remaining portion of the form & emailing the completed claim form to the claims administrator with InjureFree via the email address they provide).
