Mississippi Soccer Association (MSA) provides secondary accident medical insurance through American Sports Insurance Services (AMSIS) for all properly registered players, coaches, managers, and administrators.
This coverage helps with eligible medical expenses resulting from a covered soccer-related injury. If you have personal health insurance, claims must be submitted to that insurance first. MSA’s policy may then provide additional benefits for eligible expenses remaining after your primary insurance has processed the claim. All benefits are subject to the policy’s terms, limits, and exclusions.
How to submit a claim: Complete the insurance claim form and email it, along with an explanation of the injury to leah@mssoccer.org. Please add in email subject line: Insurance Claim & Injured’s First and Last Name
