MSA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on January 31, 2026.
- Zoom links will be provided for each respective meeting to all registered delegates by EOD January 29, 2026.

- 8:00 AM – North District Meeting
- 8:30 AM – South District Meeting
- 9:00 AM – West District Meeting
- 9:30 AM – Central District Meeting

2026 AGM Action Items
Officer/Director Election Intent Form(s) Deadline: December 5, 2025
Per MSA Bylaws, any individual seeking a position on the council shall submit notice to MSA on a form approved by the council electronically, by certified mail, or commercial delivery service with signature verification at least 45 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
The following officers and directors will be elected in 2026: Vice President, Member-At-Large, Referee Representative, Central District Director, and the West District Director.
Bylaw/Policy Proposal Form(s) Deadline: December 5, 2025
Per MSA Bylaws, amendments to Bylaws/Policies must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
Delegate Registration Form(s) Deadline: December 5, 2025
Per MSA Bylaws, all AGM delegates should be registered at least 30 days prior to the Annual General Meeting. NOTE: Members must be in good standing with MSA to be eligible to vote during the AGM.
