As part of our #GROW2026 Strategic Plan, this tailored program supports each club in strengthening their Club Intentions, Player Development (PDP), Coach Development (CDP), and Parent Engagement (PEP) plans.
Informed by statewide trends—including insights from yearly ODP Technical Report—this program is built to turn data into action. Through a blended format of in-person and online meetings across the seasonal year, we work alongside clubs to co-create better playing environments where children can safely play, learn, and enjoy the game.
